Our educational programs are designed to empower students to achieve their career ambitions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for an Educational Consultant. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing academic advice and support to students, helping them choose the right courses and career paths. The role includes conducting consultations, offering guidance on educational programs, assisting with enrollment processes, and delivering excellent customer service. The Educational Consultant will also communicate with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure a positive and effective education experience. Qualifications Expertise in Educational Consulting and Education Knowledge and experience in Consulting and Communication skills Strong Customer Service skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities Ability to work on-site in West Delhi Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred Previous experience working in an academic or consulting environment is a plus
