Role : Handle outbound/inbound calls to customers. Communicate with potential or existing customers. Provide product/service information and address queries. Maintain records of calls and update CRM software. Achieve call targets and sales objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
