Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor’s primary responsibilities include providing student counseling, offering career and academic advising, and guiding individuals through their educational and professional journeys. The role also involves supporting students in identifying suitable academic and career paths to help them achieve their goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assess and guide individuals in achieving their academic and professional aspirations.
• Strong skills in Communication, including the ability to listen actively, advise responsibly, and communicate effectively with students and stakeholders.
• Experience in Academic Advising and a deep understanding of educational pathways to facilitate informed decision-making for students.
• Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of academic programs, trends, and professional opportunities.
• Ability to empathetically motivate and inspire students, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
