Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ed Tech Sales Counselor, based in Delhi, India. As a Sales Counselor, you will engage with prospective students and professionals, understand their career goals, provide personalized guidance, and promote educational programs. Day-to-day tasks include addressing inquiries, managing customer relationships, conducting sales consultations, and driving enrollments for courses. You will also collaborate with the team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with potential students and resolve inquiries.
• Proven ability in Sales along with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Organizational skills to manage client information and interactions efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector or sales roles is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not required.
