Job Title: Academic Counselor Location: Noida Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Qualification: Graduation is mandatory Age Limit: Maximum 30 years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor with a minimum of 6 months of experience in EdTech or academic sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students and selling Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) online courses through inbound and outbound calls, and guiding them towards the best-fit academic path. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and chats to understand their educational needs. Explain and promote suitable UG/PG courses based on student profiles and interests. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates. Maintain a deep understanding of all courses offered and continuously stay updated with program changes. Follow up with leads and maintain proper records through CRM tools. Build a strong rapport and provide high-quality counseling to drive enrolments. Handle student queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling or inside sales (EdTech preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Graduation is mandatory. Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.
