Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for students interested in our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about online courses, eligibility criteria, learning outcomes, and admission timelines.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions via phone, email, or video calls to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
Support students throughout the admission cycle, including document collection, application submission, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction.
Stay updated on academic offerings, policies, and industry trends to effectively counsel students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, sales, or customer support.
Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or academic consulting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
