Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Ghaziabad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for advising students on academic planning, monitoring student progress, and providing support for academic development. Other duties include guiding students in selecting courses and career paths, organizing academic workshops, and maintaining accurate student records.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, counseling, and student support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Experience in educational settings and familiarity with academic programs
• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using counseling and educational software tools is a plus
