Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Counseling

Counsel students and parents regarding Lakmé Academy courses (Makeup, Hair, Skin, Cosmetology).
Conduct career counseling sessions to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, digital leads, and referrals.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Lead Management & Follow-ups

Maintain and update all inquiries in CRM / Admission Portal.
Regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Fee Collection & Documentation

Explain fee structures, installment options, and payment modes clearly.
Ensure timely fee collection and proper documentation.
Coordinate with accounts team for receipts, PDCs, and payment tracking.

Student Coordination

Act as the single point of contact between students and the academy.
Assist students with batch allocation, orientation, and onboarding.
Handle student queries related to academics, certification, and schedules.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Follow Lakmé Academy & Aptech SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Support audits, data accuracy, and documentation requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
