We are seeking a motivated Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. The role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, and driving admissions through effective guidance and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career opportunities, and admission processes.
• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Assist students in identifying suitable courses based on their interests and goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely enrollment.
• Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and workshops.
• Support in achieving monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate counseling and admission records.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
