Academic Counselor

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and providing a seamless enrollment experience to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, or in-person about various academic programs and career opportunities
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs accordingly
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and status in CRM or internal database
• Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for counseling and admissions
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, academics, marketing) for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and sales abilities
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or academic support is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
