Graduate Plan Academy (GP Academy LLP) is an education consultancy based in Calicut, Kerala. Since 2015, we've been dedicated to helping students get back on track, especially those who have taken a break from their studies. We provide credit transfer options and support students to continue their education through recognized universities. Our courses span various fields, including Business, IT, Engineering, and Management, designed to help build a brighter future.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and academic advising, guiding students through their educational paths and career options. The role involves assessing student needs, helping with course selections, and assisting with credit transfer processes. Daily tasks include one-on-one student counseling sessions, conducting workshops, and maintaining detailed records of student progress.

Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
Academic Advising and Education skills
Excellent Communication skills
Empathy and the ability to understand student needs
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in educational consultancy or a similar role is a plus
