Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Are you an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and education? We are looking for proactive, driven, and energetic candidates to join our Business Development team! Key

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients (students & parents)
• Effectively communicate Edujam’s services and value proposition
• Convert leads through consultative selling and relationship-building
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
• Continuously learn and adapt to new market trends and services

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the education & sales sector
• Freshers and experienced professionals in Ed-Tech are welcome!

Shift & Work Details:

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Rabale & Thane (On-site)

Compensation & Perks:

• Interns/Freshers (Stipend): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month + Unlimited Incentives
• Freshers (Full-Time): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month + Unlimited Incentives
• Experienced (Ed-Tech BDEs): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience & interview) + Unlimited Incentives
