Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and course selection based on their interests and qualifications
• Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and institutional policies
• Follow up with leads and maintain student records and CRM entries
• Conduct counseling sessions (in person, via phone, or online)
• Support students throughout the admission process, including documentation
• Coordinate with faculty and administrative departments for smooth onboarding
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and marketing campaigns when required
• Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Malayalam required)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
