Job Summary:

Beat Education is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our Calicut team. The role involves guiding students in academic and career decisions, supporting them through admissions, and ensuring a smooth and positive learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students regarding courses, programs, and career pathways.
• Assist students in admissions, program selection, and enrollment.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and counseling interactions with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure student success.
• Stay updated with educational trends, programs, and industry opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving enrollment targets through effective student engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or student advisory roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide students with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
• Knowledge of academic programs and higher education systems.
