Job Title: Admission Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process at our office in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a good understanding of the education sector, and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling: Provide information about courses, eligibility, and career prospects to prospective students.
  • Lead Management: Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Conversion & Enrollments: Follow up with leads and assist them in completing the admission process.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly admission targets through proactive engagement and counseling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to improve student enrollment strategies.

Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counseling, education sales, or a similar field.
✔ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malayalam.✔ Persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions.✔ Knowledge of admission procedures and the ability to guide students effectively.✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.✔ Basic computer skills, including CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools.
