Language Requirement: Tamil proficiency required (Basic English preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Academic Counselor who can guide students about our courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Tamil and be comfortable handling student queries both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about available courses, fees, and admission procedures
• Attend student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media
• Follow up with interested candidates and support them till enrollment
• Maintain inquiry and follow-up records
• Work towards achieving monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams whenever needed

Key Requirements

✔ Strong proficiency in Tamil
