As a part of our team, you will be responsible for driving conversions for our programs. Your key responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, identifying prospects" needs, recommending suitable programs through outbound calls, closing sales over the phone by showcasing the value of our products, building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up, as well as staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings. The compensation for this role is 5-7.3 LPA fixed, plus incentives. To excel in this position, you should have 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, a self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic, and the capability to work independently. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
