Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role based in Bengaluru. The Counsellor will provide guidance to students and parents regarding educational programs and career pathways offered by PW. Responsibilities include addressing queries, supporting admissions, conducting orientations, and maintaining effective communication to foster positive relationships. The Counsellor will also assist in identifying students' needs, helping them navigate academic and career decisions while ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to conduct student needs assessments and provide tailored guidance
• Knowledge of academic and career counseling principles
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks
• Experience in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using technology platforms for documentation and communication
• Bachelor’s degree
• Required Min of 1+ experience in offline centre in edtech
