• Working Days: 6-day week
• Languages: Tamil speaker + Excellent English proficiency

Mission

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives
• Drive your team to meet weekly revenue and enrolment targets
• Train and monitor the team to ensure consistent sales performance and process excellence
• Guide learners through career choices, explain program benefits, and close enrolments via phone/video calls
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from counselling to post-sales relationship management
• Handle escalations, improve customer experience, and maintain high service quality
• Track team performance using data, build structured feedback loops, and improve outcomes
• Share insights on customer behaviour, competition, and market dynamics with stakeholders

Minimum Requirement:

• 1+ years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in EdTech
• Excellent Tamil and English communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to coach, guide, and retain high-performing remote teams
• A data-driven leader with a structured approach to building and scaling sales processes
• High on empathy, patience, and customer service orientation
• Motivated by purpose, performance, and making a real impact in people’s lives.
