🔹 Role: Academic Counsellor / Sr. Academic Counsellor

🔹 Location: Study IQ Patna Branch (UPSC vertical)

🔹 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience & performance)

What you’ll do:

✔️ Counsel students and parents on UPSC/BPSC course offerings

✔️ Help students choose the right course plan

✔️ Manage walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups

✔️ Drive conversions and meet revenue targets

✔️ Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students.

Who we’re looking for:

✨ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✨ Target-driven & student-focused mindset

✨ 1-2 years Experience in the EdTech/Coaching industry (UPSC vertical)

✨ Graduate or above
