Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey. This includes career counseling, lead generation, driving conversions, academic advising, and helping students navigate their educational pathways. The role requires daily interactions with students to understand their needs, providing appropriate advice, and developing personalized academic plans.

• Skills in Student Counseling and Communication
• Lead Generation and Conversion
• Experience in Career Counseling and Academic Advising
• Background in Education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the financial education sector is a plus
