Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

● Student Counselling: Provide guidance to students and professionals interested in our courses, helping them understand how our programs can meet their career goals.

● Program Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our course offerings in law, finance, content creation, social media, and other domains.

● Query Resolution: Address all inquiries from potential students via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.

● Application Management: Assist prospective students through the application process.

● Sales & Enrolment: Drive enrolments by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and encouraging students to join our programs.

● Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide regular reports on counselling and enrolment activities.

Eligibility and Compensation

● Eligibility: Graduate or MBA Freshers.

● Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office) at A130, 91Springboard, A-Block, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301.

● Compensation: ₹30,000/month gross (₹27,000 in-hand) + Uncapped Incentives starting from the fourth month.
