About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents, convert leads into admissions, and help grow our student community. If you love sales, mentoring, and making a difference in students’ lives, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents via calls and meetings.
• Effectively present our programs and services to highlight their value.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in institute sales or related field
• Skills: Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, and closing sales, Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
• Confidence and a go-better attitude
