REQUIRED Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the executive courses.

2. Understand each candidates profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations.

3. Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.

4. Convert qualified leads into enrolments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.

5. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills with fluency in English. (Must Have)

Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.

Working Days & Timings

Immediate joiners only.
NO cabs AGE max 35 salary up to 35 K 6 days workings Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm, 11 am to 8 pm & 12 pm to 9 pm (Flexible)

We have a Revised Requirement for IIM Process

1- Excellent communication with English fluency.
2- 6 month to 2 years of experience in Edtech sales. 3- Good persuasion skill and Ability to meet targets and should be stable4- Proactive and confident.

We have a Revised Requirement for Shoolini Process

1- Good communication skills.
2- 6 Month to 1 year of experience in sales. (Freshers are also allowed)3- Good persuasion skill and Ability to meet targets and should be stable4- Proactive and confident.

Salary: Up to 25k in hand
