Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Mumbai. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in planning their educational and career paths by conducting personalized counseling sessions and providing guidance around academic goals. Responsibilities include helping students tackle academic challenges, offering career advice, supporting informed decision-making, and serving as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty to create a nurturing educational environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills to build meaningful relationships with students and their families
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Ability to motivate and mentor students to achieve their goals
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Familiarity with competitive examinations for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Olympiads is an advantage
