As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding potential learners, helping them identify the right career path, and showcasing how upGrads programs can accelerate their journey.
You will be responsible for driving enrollments and revenue by nurturing leads, providing consultative counselling, and closing sales in a highly competitive environment.
Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in consultative or B2C sales (education industry exposure preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Empathetic listener with ability to build trust and focus on learner success.
Comfortable with CRM tools and basic MS Office proficiency.
