Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or the education industry (preferred)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

• Ability to engage with both students and parents effectively

• Good organizational and follow-up abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and the admission process.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide accurate information about programs.

• Follow up with prospective students and ensure effective lead management.

• Convert leads into admissions by understanding the needs of students and offering appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate student records, databases, and regularly update follow-up details.

• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve individual and overall admission targets.

• Represent the institution in a professional manner and ensure high standards of service delivery.
