Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students for courses in:

• Digital Marketing, Stock Market / Stock Trading, Language Learning (Spoken English, German), Competitive Exams (Banking, KPSC)

• Understand learners’ career aspirations and recommend appropriate courses.
• Clearly explain course structure, features, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups and counselling.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate from any discipline.

• 1–5 years of proven experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Course Sales (mandatory)

• Prior experience in selling

  Digital Marketing, Stock Market, Language Learning, or Competitive Exam courses

  is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)

  with basic English proficiency.
• Kerala-based candidates preferred.

• Only candidates with prior EdTech or course sales experience will be considered.
