Qualifications
Master's Degree in Psychology with Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from a Recognized University.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience working in a school environment
* Expertise in handling emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns of students
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students and teachers to address a range of personal, academic, and socio-emotional concerns.
* Support the holistic development of students by addressing their emotional well-being, learning challenges, and interpersonal issues.
* Offer guidance to teachers to help them manage classroom behavior, identify at-risk students, and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure consistent support systems and early intervention strategies.
* Contribute actively to mental health awareness initiatives, life skills education, and wellness programs for both students and staff.
* Ensure confidentiality, ethical conduct, and accurate documentation in all counseling interactions and interventions.
