Role Overview

Inside Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Identify learner needs and provide appropriate course guidance.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records and daily updates on CRM.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and follow structured follow-up practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and closures.


Candidate Requirements

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Academic Counselling.

  • Edtech experience is mandatory

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Delhi NCR (Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon/Ghaziabad).

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
