Academic Counsellor

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements and assist them with various visa categories and countries, including but not limited to Australia, Canada PR, UK Skilled Worker Visa, Study Visa, Germany Job Seeker Visa, Tourist Visa, Visit Visa, Investor Visa, and more. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field, with a sales background being a significant advantage. We are hiring urgently and encourage qualified candidates to apply promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on suitable visa options.

- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for different categories and countries.

- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and policies for Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, and other relevant countries.

- Guide clients through the entire visa application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately and on time.

- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and visa applications.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Provide support for other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visa consulting or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of visa categories, including PR visas, skilled worker visas, study visas, job seeker visas, tourist visas, visit visas, and investor visas.

- Familiarity with visa requirements and processes for Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, and other major destinations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Sales background is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
