Role Overview:

Student Counsellor / Center Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-in inquiries and telephonic/email leads into registered learners.
• Counsel students and parents on our vocational training programs and placement services.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and guide them through the entire admission process.
• Handle day-to-day center administrative tasks, including fee collection, MIS updates, and stock maintenance.
• Coordinate with trainers for updated course information and common student queries.
• Follow up with students on attendance, placement interviews, and course progression.
• Accurately maintain student data in ELITE software and issue online receipts for all collections.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Officers, Trainers, and Placement Managers to ensure targets are met.

Targets & Collaboration:

• Drive monthly

• Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders like Sales, Training, and Operations teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• Experience:

  1+ years in student counselling/telesales/customer service in the education/training domain.

• Languages:

  Proficient in English and the local language.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing ability
• Strong verbal selling skills
• High level of integrity and empathy
• Organized with fast data entry skills
