• Engage with potential students via calls, Whatsapp, and emails to explain course offerings and benefits.
• Understand students’ needs, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable Vedic and spiritual science courses.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their queries and providing clear course guidance.
• Convince and convert leads into enrollments by highlighting IIVS’s key strengths and unique learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
• Collaborate with the on-boarding and academic teams for a smooth post-enrollment experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales, mandatory in the EdTech / education industry (B2C preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Relationship Building: Skilled at creating trust and long-term connections with students.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Organized & Target-Driven: Strong follow-up, time management, and goal-oriented approach.
