Role Description

We are seeking an Academic Counsellor for a full-time, on-site role at our Rudrapur, Uttarakhand location. The Academic Counsellor will work directly with prospective and current students, guiding them through course selections, career planning, and academic pathways. Responsibilities also include providing personalized advice, addressing student inquiries, supporting their career goals, and helping them make informed educational decisions. Additionally, the Academic Counsellor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive timely and accurate support.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students at different stages of their education journey
• Experience in Academic Advising and providing guidance on educational pathways
• Understanding of Education systems and the ability to match academic programs to individual student goals
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in an academic counseling or advising role is preferred
