Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counsellors to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves understanding students educational needs, providing counselling on courses, and assisting them in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic programs, course options, and career pathways, Conduct cold- calls to candidates.
• Address students queries regarding admissions, curriculum, and learning resources.
• Assist in identifying students strengths, interests, and goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
• Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports.
• Support the admissions team by participating in student enrolment activities.
• Conduct orientation sessions and workshops for students and parents.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance student support services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with students and parents.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
• Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for counselling are welcome.
