Key Responsibilities

1 .Curriculum & Program Management:

• Developing and revising academic programs and curricula.
• Ensuring alignment of curriculum with educational standards and objectives.
• Coordinating the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the scheduling of courses and academic activities.

2. Faculty & Staff Support:

• Providing guidance and support to faculty on curriculum matters, teaching methodologies, and academic policies.
• Assisting in the recruitment, training, and professional development of faculty.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among faculty members.

3. Student Support & Guidance:

• Providing guidance to students on academic goals, course selection, and career pathways.
• Monitoring student progress and providing support as needed.
• Organizing and coordinating student support services and resources.

4. Administrative & Reporting:

• Maintaining accurate academic records and documentation.
• Preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities on academic activities and performance.
• Managing academic databases and information systems.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of academic activities.

Requirements

* Strong Psc Knowledge

* Atleast qualified for any of the psc preims/mains

* Previous experience in the same profile

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
