Academic Coordinator

Prepare and maintain the Academic Calendar incorporating holidays, term breaks, Institute's events.
Maintain course outlines as per the curriculum.Schedule academic and non-academic sessions, including guest lectures and speaker series.Ensure smooth conduct of examinations - including question paper handling, result compilation.Liaison with faculty for course planning, study materials, and timetable adherence.Maintain course files in compliance with the requirements of regulatory and accreditation bodies such as AICTE, NIRF, NBA, and others, ensuring adherence to prescribed academic standards and documentation protocols.Coordinate travel/logistics for Visiting Faculty.Ensure timely submission of grades and share relevant data with stakeholders (e.g., Placement Cell, Accounts).Manage faculty feedback records and submit them to the authorities.Manage student registration, maintain academic records, documents, and AICTE database.Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and generate alerts for students below thresholds.Coordinate issuance of transcripts, provisional letters, and verification for alumni.Organise convocation-related tasks: printing documents, arranging awards, collecting student data.Listen to students with patience and with empathy to all issues related to academics and be the first point of contact when students want to reach out to the school regarding academic matters
