ob Description 3: Academic Content Developer & Trainer – Math

Positions: 1Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop high-quality, age-appropriate Math curriculum content, lesson plans, and teaching resources aligned with NEP, NCF, and major boards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.).

· Create engaging worksheets, activities, problem-solving tasks, and assessments to strengthen conceptual clarity and application skills.

· Train and mentor teachers on effective math pedagogy, strategies, and resource usage.

· Conduct workshops, demos, and model lessons to showcase best practices in Math teaching.

· Review and refine math content based on classroom feedback and student learning outcomes.

· Stay updated on modern approaches to math education, including activity-based learning, reasoning, and competency-driven pedagogy.

· Collaborate with academic/product teams to align pedagogy and methodology with student learning goals.

· Prepare training reports and provide post-training support for classroom implementation.

· Travel as required for trainings, workshops, school visits, and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Education, or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).

· 3–6 years of experience in Math content development and teacher training.

· Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and innovative pedagogical approaches.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
