ACADEMIC AND MARKETING COORDINATOR (ENTRANCE)

Job Description

Position Summary: The Academic and Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in aligning academic offerings with market outreach to attract and enroll students preparing for competitive entrance exams. This individual ensures that program content, class schedules, and academic requirements are clearly communicated to prospective students and parents while leading strategic marketing efforts to promote the institution's coaching services. Key Responsibilities Academic Coordination: Assist in designing and managing course schedules, test series, and academic planning. Communicate entrance exam requirements clearly to students and parents. Organize orientation sessions, mock tests, and parent-teacher meetings. Monitor student performance and provide academic support coordination. Marketing & Outreach: Develop marketing campaigns targeting students and parents (online and offline). Organize school tie-ups, seminars, webinars, and info sessions. Handle incoming inquiries, explain program offerings, and convert leads to admissions. Collaborate with digital teams to promote content on social media and other platforms. Communication: Act as the go-to contact for students and parents for academic or admission-related queries. Maintain regular engagement with prospective and enrolled students. Ensure clear and timely dissemination of information related to entrance coaching programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or Business (Master's preferred). Experience in a similar entrance academy or marketing coordination role. Strong understanding of entrance exams like JEE/NEET/CUET/SAT. Excellent communication in English and Malayalam. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms.
