Student Counselor / Female Telecaller

We are looking for a female student counselor / telecaller who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and fluent in both English and Malayalam. You will play a key role in guiding students, explaining our programs, and following up on inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
• Provide course and career guidance to students and parents
• Maintain and update the student database
• Follow up with potential leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to schedule sessions
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all interactions

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Prior experience in student counseling or telecalling (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
