Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor at NextGen Solutions, located in Cuddalore. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Daily tasks will include meeting with students to discuss their academic goals, assisting them with course selections, providing guidance on career paths, and supporting their overall educational development. The advisor will liaise with faculty and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

• Exceptional Communication skills
• Academic Advising and Education experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Experience in an educational setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
