We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Advisor to support learners in achieving their academic and career goals. The Academic Advisor will provide personalized guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways, ensuring students succeed throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students on academic programs, course selection, and degree requirements.
• Support students in developing personalized education and career plans.
• Provide counseling on academic challenges, time management, and study skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and interventions.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student concerns.
• Maintain accurate advising records and documentation.
• Organize workshops, orientation sessions, and academic awareness programs.
• Stay updated with institutional policies, programs, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle diverse student populations with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in academic advising, student support, or counseling preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
