Role Overview

Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on course offerings, career paths, and learning outcomes
• Understand students’ educational and career goals and guide them accordingly
• Handle incoming queries via phone, email, or in-person meetings
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and current learners
• Ensure student satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
• Coordinate with the academic and support teams to streamline the student journey

Qualifications

• Strong experience or interest in

  student counseling

  and

  career guidance

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in

  education

  ,

  psychology

  , or

  counseling

  preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding

  customer service

• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in an EdTech or educational organization is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand, monthly)
