Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalyan for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for student counseling, providing career guidance, and offering academic advising to help students achieve their educational and professional goals. The role involves assessing student needs, developing personalized education plans, and assisting students in overcoming challenges to ensure their academic success.

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Background in Education and understanding of academic environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in academic advising or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
