Academic Admission Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Freelance Academic Admissions Representative to support prospective students through the admissions process for educational institutions (universities, colleges, or international schools). In this independent role, you will serve as a point of contact between applicants and the institution, providing guidance on admission requirements, application procedures, and program offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote academic programs to prospective students via email, phone, video calls, or in-person meetings (if applicable).
• Guide students through the admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and interview preparation.
• Review application materials for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed information about academic programs, deadlines, tuition, scholarships, and visa processes (for international admissions).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective applicants through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the institution's admissions team to track applicant status and follow up as needed.
• Participate in online recruitment events, webinars, and virtual fairs when required.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activity and applicant progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, academic counseling, or a related educational role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of admissions policies and higher education systems (local or international).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or student information systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred for higher-level institutions).
• Multilingual skills (optional but beneficial for international recruitment).

• Commission-based, hourly rate, or per-applicant fee (to be negotiated).
• Flexible workload depending on contract scope and student volume.
