As an Office Admin at our EdTech company, your role will involve coordinating with schools, principals, and teachers for scheduling, content delivery, and support. You will be responsible for managing internal documentation, emails, and follow-ups efficiently. Additionally, you will assist the academic team with data collection, reports, and resource sharing, while maintaining organized digital and physical records. Providing administrative support to other departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position include being a graduate with a background in education or academic administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace are essential. Prior experience in an academic or school-facing role is a must-have.
