About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support : Handle and resolve tickets at a technical and transaction level.
• SQL Expertise : Use strong SQL knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaboration : Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth coordination.
• Shift Flexibility : Work in rotational shifts, including a 6-day work week, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
• SLA Management : Respond to and resolve issues escalated from L1 support within agreed SLAs.
  

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in L2 support or a related technical support role.
• Domain Knowledge : Prior experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) or healthcare applications is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting application-level issues.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability : Flexibility to work rotational shifts and 6 days a week.
