Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant with 5+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is located in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

* Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments

* Collaborate with auditors and ensure timely filings

* Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)

* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools

* Good knowledge of taxation and compliance

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
