Job Title: Manager – 3D Visualization (Architectural Rendering – US Projects) Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager – 3D Visualization to lead our visualization team in delivering high-quality, photorealistic renderings for US-based architectural projects. This role combines leadership, project management, and creative expertise. The Manager will oversee the team’s output, mentor junior visualizers, and ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 3D Visualizers, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.
• Assign, review, and monitor tasks to balance workload across the team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Oversight & Quality Control
• Review and approve all renderings before client submission to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to align visualization outputs with design intent.
• Provide creative and technical direction on modeling, lighting, texturing, and post-production workflows.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction
• Act as the visualization team’s point of contact for project leads and clients.
• Present visual concepts and final outputs when required.
• Translate client and design team feedback into actionable improvements.
• Process & Workflow Management
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and rendering pipelines for consistency across all projects.
• Implement efficient project tracking and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, introducing innovations to improve output and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer - Manager with at least 2+ years in a leadership or Team lead role.
• Must-have software expertise:
• 3Ds Max (mandatory)
• Photoshop (mandatory)
• V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Forest Pack, AutoCAD, After Effects.
• Strong proficiency in rendering techniques, lighting setups, material texturing, and post-production workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and realistic representation.
• Effective communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US residential and commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exterior renderings; interior expertise is also valued.
• Knowledge of emerging tools such as Unreal Engine or Twin motion is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
