Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a 3D Draftsman. The 3D Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, architectural drafts, and technical drawings based on architectural and engineering requirements. The role includes interpreting concepts and translating them into visual representations, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. The 3D Draftsman will also contribute to design reviews and provide creative solutions to design challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting, technical drawing, and visualization skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to generate accurate models and designs
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
• Experience with project management and ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant certification or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Design; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in the construction or architectural industry is advantageous
• Ability to adapt to technical innovations and learn new tools
